The Mosaic Studios™
proudly debuts Opus Sinuatum™ & Opus Orb™, its unique artistic ceramic
mosaic products in the Spring of 2008. Opus Sinuatum is Latin for "curved
edge work" which defines The Mosaic Studios™ opus or ''work''
compared to virtually all other mosaics created throughout history. The Mosaic
Studios™ approach to individual tile shape is based not on basic tools of pliers
& nippers, but by the design motifs themselves.

DalTile® product as custom glazed or commercially available field & shaped tiles,
assuring that larger projects are practical for a wider range of clients; our
open minded approach to design excellence & engineered modern solutions sets us apart
in our results. The Mosaic Studios™ design, fabricate & hand glaze mosaic tile
systems with curved edges. We create them on a variety of scales that can be both
architectural from a distance & so intimate in feel, that the typical response is to
gently touch their glazed surfaces. They have a magical appeal. |
